1. Registration

1.1 By registering here and creating your "registration Profile", you will become a member of the WBFF for the calendar year once registration and payment has been completed. 1.2 You agree that: (1) you will keep your username and password safe, and won't share them with anyone. (2) you will not pass yourself off as someone else or create multiple, false accounts.

2. Term

2.1 If you breach these or any of our other terms and conditions we reserve the right to close your account, if we do so, we may close all accounts you have open in your name without refund of registration

3. Administration

3. Please contact the WBFF direct info@wbffshows.com to make any necessary event, category, personal information related changes; this will update your details across all services that you have subscribed to or registered for.

4. General

4.1 No waiver by us of any breach of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach and we shall not be affected by any delay, failure or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations. 4.2 The rights and remedies of is under these terms are independent, cumulative and without prejudice to its rights under the law.

4.3 These terms are not intended to create and shall not create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

4.4 These terms and/or your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Canadian and US law and the Canadian and or US Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.

5. Payment, confirmation and receipt

5.1 Once a registration and payment has been completed it is confirmed. There are absolutely no refunds after a registration has been confirmed. If you submit payment by credit card. If you wish to pay by cheque, money order or bank transfer, a confirmation email will be sent to you, please include your contact details, name address, email and telephone with your certified cheque payment along with your downloadable registration form for all mail in registrations. Those paying direct by pay pal will be sent payment receipt upon registration completion by paypal direct. Please keep all receipts for proof of payment.

5.2 The registration fee must be paid prior to admission to WBFF Events, Workshops and/or Official WBFF Conferences, Those pre-registrants or new registrants who do not pay their registration fee until arrival onsite at the sign in registration , will be charged the full registration fee and or late fees.

5.3 Registration is considered effective upon confirmation of payment All transfers of categories within a particular event or between different events (if granted by company “WBFF”) are subject to a minimum fee of $25. Credits on Account within the same calendar year will only be granted for particular circumstances.

5.4 Methods of Payment Accepted: PayPal, Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque or Money Order

(Applicable prior to the conference) All Certified cheques, money orders are payable to: World Beauty Fitness and Fashion Inc., 125 The Queensway Unit B2 suite 121, Toronto ON Canada, M8Y1H6

Returned cheque /declined credit card fee: A min service fee of $25 will be charged after declined credit card payments and on all cheques returned as Non Sufficient Funds (NSF), Stop Payment or Funds Not Cleared.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing to WBFF info@wbffshows.com. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund. No refunds after a registration has been completed. There is no refund for any tickets. Event transfers (show credit) after an event registration has been confirmed in certain circumstances can be accepted upon written approval from the WBFF up to and until December 31 of the registered same calendar year.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 World Beauty Fitness and Fashion Inc. shall not be liable for any failure; cancellation of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.

7.2 "An event of force majeure is an event or circumstance which is beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the party affected. The registrant has no entitlement and the project company has no liability for: (a) any costs, losses, expenses, damages or the payment of any part of the contract price during an event of force majeure.

8. Letter of invitation for travel visas

To inquire about a VISA support letter. There is an initial administration fee of $25 for all personalized Visa support letters.
